check in delay resulted in my plans we had for that evening having to be canceled. check in begins at 4, i checked in around 4:05PM and they told me my room was not ready they will call when it’s ready. I was told 4:30, no one calls me at 4:30PM so i go back inside and the room still isn’t ready. they say they can swap my pool view room to a non pool view being i don’t have time to keep waiting i take the swap. My room did not have enough towels, i called several times for specific towels and garbage bags before anyone ever brought me any, many hours later after calling many times. they didn’t bring me enough towels again, i called back and no one ever brought more towels or the garbage bags. we passed a worker in the hall and asked for towels she told us one hour, but towels never came that night. next morning i call again, i had to call and text several times before anyone ever brought the items i requested. i finally received proper request at 8/9PM the next night. The only reason i booked a stay here was the access the pool area and they shut it down and kicked us out 4 times , at one point we stood outside and waited over 2 hours to access the pool area. it never rained, the clouds were in the distance with minor lightning. i understand the safety but it was so out in the distance and never came our way they could had planned it better or offered some kind of discount or extended pool hours due to the multiple closings. They also had hair on the hair dryer bag.

The photos were nicer than the actual property. The Black girl at check-in was not friendly, short and snappy. I found her to be rude, and every request was met with an automatic no without checking or asking. The internet was very poor, ROOMS ARE SMALL and OUTDATED! All Black people will always be near the elevator, which is VERY VERY VERY NOISY NON STOP!!!!!! We got no sleep! In my opinion, couples without children should be placed in quiet areas, and families with many children should be placed near the elevators, where there is noise. AND...People who do not wash their hair daily should be able to receive a bathtub!!! After chatting with guests...Black people were all near the elevator, and all had showers no tubs!!! FOR MINORITIES...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Beautiful grounds. Rooms are climate controlled so bring a portable fan if you are a person like me who gets hot. 3 stalls for bathroom area at poolside for women & very hot in bathroom with no soap. Not enough umbrellas at the poolside & not allowed to bring your own. No sitting areas around the grounds for people with disabilities who need to sit. Bathrooms in centennial have a latch to a sliding barn like door so you can still see someone in the bathroom bc there is no door lock. Other than that & the parking being a little congested, beautiful place at the centennial. Beautiful lit up fountain at night in the central location of the park. Very spacious room with several outlets for usb plug in. Towels provided already at poolside. Overall nice stay for someone with small kids or relaxing trip.
