The employees have nasty attitudes rude and saying that you are not allowed on the premises and not giving you the reason why and there are a lot drugs and alcohol on the premises I wish they would get rid of all the employees that was the worse stay ever

The room smelled of wet dog. I mopped it 3 times and still it was dirty. There was dog hair all in ac vents. Roaches in room. Roach crap all over ac plug in. This place needs to be updated. No fridge or microwave in room. Only good thing bed was soft. Have pictures but want let me upload.

Bedding was terrible, cigarette burns on bathtub and bedding. Curtain hanging not complete. Paint chipped and stained. Stains on bathroom door that were unidentified but gross. Never again.

This was the worst experience in my life. The hotel canceled my reservations after I made the selection to pay at the property. When I walked into my room the filth hit it. 1 bed didn’t have pillows, there was trash from the previous guest left at the door, the tub was dirty, the toliet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, & the shower curtains were dirty & mildewed. I forgot to mention the bathroom door didn’t have a door. The second room didn’t have shower curtains, only 1 pillow for the bed, & the mirror was shattered on the floor. We also experience roaches in our room.

This hotel is disgusting and the patrons are not good quality. There were cockroaches, bad smells, stains and damage throughout the entire room, and although there is supposed to be no smoking in any of the rooms, there was really bad cigarette smoke in our room from a surrounding room. So bad that it made us cough in the evenings and have a sore throat in the morning. Terrible place. It's not worth the savings. DO NOT STAY HERE.

They are renovating it seems trying to improve the place which is a great thing for any hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They made things very easy on me which I appreciated because I am going through a lot at the moment. The front desk clerk accommodated me without question.
