Horrible experience

Got to hotel to check in after all fees were paid through hotels. Com and they would not let me check in said I had to pay $50 deposit with the credit card I reserved the room with! I don’t carry my credit card around so I did not have it it was at home. After calling hotels.com they told me I should not have had to pay anything extra! The people at the hotel was so rude!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was great-loved the huge walk-in shower and lighted bathroom mirror. Was disappointed with having to walk across 4-lane with heavy traffic or drive to beach. Hotel property info was very misleading as stated “direct beach access”. This description should have included crossing 4 lanes of a highway!!
