Non-smoking rooms smell like cigarette

Overall, it was okay. We stayed in a nonsmoking floor and unfortunately our room reeked of smoke, apparently, this is normal for them. Will we be back? No, better options for same price out there.

I called to reserve a cabana. The young lady hung up in me 4x. U called operator to speak with manager. He booked the cabana and apologize, but he didnt seem surprised. I eeserve two room and both showers had hair on the shkwer floors and one of the showers had glass on the floor. The Hard Rock is not a 3, 4 nor 5 star resort. They advertised pet friendly but have NO area just for pets. House keeping did not clean out rooms not one time and we were there 5 days and 4 nights. We were in smoke free rooms and we continued to smell weed the entire stay and i got to say it was very fragrant when housekeepikg was on the floor. Not returning.

Hardrock

The hotel is beautiful, however the Royal Tower could up grade their furniture, we had a view of the top of the building and our toilet was stopped up for hours. They don’t allow you to take any inside drinks that you brought in the same hotel in the casino, lol. It is kid friendly. Our floor have an ice machine that really needs repair, we had to go to other floors for ice, totally embarrassing!! Our curtains were barely hanging up, kinda scary to close them, didn’t want them to fall. Parking was ridiculous, the valet seem to only care about high rollers, however how did they even know who was and who wasn’t, because they didn’t care to ask or acknowledge. For $300 a night I’ve had a better experience at other hotels that cost way less. I would recommend other hotels!!

Staff was nice. We booked 4 rooms. Rooms were outdated. Light fixture in 2 of our rooms were leaning barely hanging furniture was pretty beat up and carpets were fraying. We had no. Smoking platinum rooms but that mattered to absolutely nobody. People were smoking in the hall outside the rooms. Cigarette butts on the mirrors in the hall. The entire place smelled like an ashtray. For the money we paid we expected better accommodations the rooms smelling like smoke was the last straw for me. We will not be back.

I did like the hotel staff are not as friendly as I thought, but so beautiful so many things to see you just at the hotel love that the casino is right downstairs!!! wanted to go to the sugar factory did not know you had that reservation or I would’ve done that in advance, but will definitely come back again

Everything was great. Pizza and donuts for kids who are picky was good. Staff were very nice. The only thing I had a problem with was that I had to get new key cards bc the cards did not work all the time.
