Our room didn't have Robes it was freezing outside, but AC was on in the room, and the thermostat kept flipping back to air when you set it to the heater the restaurant suger gave us a night time menu but didn't have nothing but burgers

Biloxi Hard Rock Hotel.
Enjoyed the vast collection of rock n roll memorabilia. The casino was okay and the rooms are nice but dated. Cigarette smoking is allowed in the facility for those who smoke and might be a little unpleasant for those who do not. Overall it was a good experience.

The room was not cleaned properly . The shower was not touched it had a ball of hair on the drain and around the corners . The floor was sticky . The girl at the front desk said that the room will be cleaned after I check out .

The whole hotel smells like cigarette, even the non-smoking rooms. The staff couldn’t care less about this being a problem for us. Do not bring children to this hotel. The bathroom door was broken, the media system is completely outdated, the whole hotel is. This hotel needs a severe renovation .
