Very good price value. Stayed two weeknights mid December, so didn’t get housekeeping services. Ate at Dunkin Doughnuts several times but went elsewhere for a buffet. No real entertainment at Hard Rock the nights we were there. Went to BR for Elf. NICE gym! We enjoyed the memorabilia and plumbed music throughout the hotel, casino, pkg garage & hallways. Would recommend and stay again

Toilet seat was not clean. When expressed to housekeeping she stated they don't clean occupied rooms?? When we had just checked in an hour ago.

What ruined our trip was the fact that we booked the Hard Rock hotel specifically for its proximity to the Mississippi Marathon AND we booked (for my wife and myself) a massage at the Rock Spa right after the marathon. We were very much looking forward to a rewarding massage after training for months for this run. And literally as we are running the last mile I get a phone call from the spa saying the massage therapist for my session called out sick and they cancelled my appointment, which was 3 hours away. They didn’t try to reschedule or move appointments around. Just “sorry”. Seriously the lack of hospitality in trying to make this right, or come up with a solution just was not there. As a customer I would be obligated to give at least 24 hour notice to cancel. Gave the whole trip a bad taste and I’ll never book with Hard Rock again. I expected more from a company that brags about exceptional customer service.

Nice location however room was tired and hot water in shower was nonexistent and bathroom door stuck. Room description on hotels.com and on their website says there is robes provided with the rooms, and we did not get any.

Property was located in a good location. Price point was good for an overnight stay to rest our heads while passing through. The door to our room was so difficult to get in. Bedroom was musty and needs updated. Floors in foyer had crumbs when we entered our room. Overall very average.

Customer service at the hotel was lacking for sure. No concern for any inconveniences or issues that could have been easily remedied at the front desk. Room was in poor condition (shower door constantly leaked, sliding door to bathroom was broken, shower stall was dirty and had a lot of soap scum, and door to room stuck terribly...had to shove it hard to open and slam it shut to ensure it locked). No hot water, luke warm at best, after running the water on hot for about 6-7 minutes. Was a little disappointed. Bartenders and casino staff were awesome! Very friendly, great service, and made the experience fun!

First room the bed wasn’t made. Looked like someone was in it. The only other room they had was 2 queens and it was fine until the smoke alarm beeped from 5 am til 10am before they came to replace the battery. Usually my stays here are great

Loved our stay at the Hard Rock Biloxi. We woke up to a beautiful of the a gulf and barrier islands. All staff we encountered when friendly and available to answer our questions. Bed was comfortable and pillows fluffed perfectly. Will definitely be staying again :)
