Parking, arrival, and front desk services were great! Our room was very “worn.” The bed corners were worn, it squeaked with the slightest movement, the double shower heads did not work, the closet and refrigerator doors did not close, etc. We stayed for two nights and our room was never cleaned. It would have been nice to have the bed made and have clean towels, but that was not the case. Next time we are in Biloxi, we will probably stay somewhere else.

The only issues I had for the room was the bathroom door is not able to be locked since it's a sliding glass door. The wheel was broken on the door so it wouldn't open correctly at all. This wasn't a big issue for us, but it took multiple desk visits and about 8 hours before someone came to get it fixed. The phone line said to dial 0 for front desk but never allowed me to connect all weekend at any time of the day. It kept saying all operators are busy at this time. This WAS the biggest concern as we did not want to travel down 9 floors just to ask for towels, shampoo, etc., or general questions about the room bathroom door needing fixed.

Hard Rock Biloxi

Stayed a couple of days at Hard Rock Biloxi, April 8-10. Wish it was longer! Stayed in king room Platinum tower. Beautiful room with ocean view. Classic rock Chanel on the tv was so awesome, we never watched a tv show! Just admired the view and rocked out! Casino was nice. Won some, lost some. Enough to keep you playing. The only negative for us was the elevator! You need your room key to activate going up. If it was originally going down, and you wanted to go up, you’re out of luck! You go back to 1, then it goes up! That was a pain in the butt. Wasn’t just us, a lot of people were getting mad at that stupid elevator! Kinda funny seeing the others get mad when you went through the same damn thing! Other than the elevator, it was a good stay!

There were really nice memorabilia everywhere! It was exciting to read the names of some of life's most famous rock artists. The beds were like sleeping in clouds. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. The casino was a great part of our visit with the giant screens showing the basketball games. Free parkjng worked out great. This place is on top of my list for our yearly family vacation next year.
