Hotel is very outdated. We noticed mold in the bathroom along with a broken toilet. Costumer service was ok except for the magnolia restaurant inside the hotel. Not so good experience.

Sand in the bed which obviously was there because we never went to the beach. When we climbed in the bed, there was sand sticking to us. Also, the room had a sour smell. For those reasons we were not happy with our stay.

Booked a non-smoking room, but when checked in only rooms available were smoking. Room smelled horrible, and they placed a humidifier in the room to help but it left the entire room damp. Overall the entire hotel was disappointing compared to the others in area we have stayed at.

The Ceasar rewards program was not explained very well to me. I had to ask housekeeping everyday for clean towels. If you are not going to clean a room everyday, do you expect your guest paying the price we were charged for a room daily to use the same towels??? The restaurant prices were too high!! Just because you are a "Casino" hotel does not mean every guest that stays there is a millionare! The people that checked you in and out were rude! Will I stay again, I don't know; but..... do not expect you to be unhappy about losing me since I am not a millionare,

Upon arrival, they did not have the correct room because they said I was traveling with a pet. Nowhere on the Expedia booking site could I check k I had a pet. They did not have the room ready at 4 o’clock and the first manager was rude and accusatory toward me. I booked a deluxe king room and they put me in a double queen room. The room was dirty and it smelled of cigarette smoke through the night. I booked a non smoking room. Overall terrible experience and will not return to Harrah’s. Most staff is rude also.

The room had no towels And it took close to two hours and three phone calls to get towels to my room. The safe broke and I had to get maintenance to come up and open it so I could get my money by the way vince who got it did a great job. The carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in 10 years. we were told to ask for a handicap room when we got there and were told there none whenwe got there the salt and whatever restaurant was god-awful. The food took forever to get, and I couldn’t even eat it.

Trash everywhere. In the garage, in the hallways, everywhere. Bathroom outfitted with mish-mash of fittings. Water never got warm <-- forget expecting a hot shower. Way before Hurrican Katrina, 20 years ago, this place was one of the gems on the coast. Now it looks like Katrina only hit last week and that management still hasn't figured out how to clean up after that storm. Bed comfortable, room quiet. Those are good, but he rest of the place seems to be decaying.
