Overall a nice stay. Not real fancy, but free and easy parking in the structure close to the hotel and casino door. Rooms were nice. Took a long time for the hot water to get to the 10th floor, but once it did it was fine.

This hotel needs a renovation ASAP. The parking garage was dirty and felt unsafe. The elevator was dirty and smelled. The lobby was clean and the staff were pleasant. The room smelled of harsh cleaning chemicals. Paint was peeling off the doors and other furniture in the room. I was ready to go before I began my stay. I will never stay here again.

Its a older property, Construction waking us up didn't expect that. I had fees added to my bill. Thats not right. I didn't use any facilities other than parking.

Petty and inefficient.

Everything was great until I purchased a beer at the casino bar. I was charged $17.12 for a beer which should have been $5.50. I knew it was wrong but I couldn't get the bartenders attention. My food was getting cold so I figured I'll just pay and deal with it in the morning. Next day I checked out and went back to the bar to get it fixed. The bartender called the manager. It took her 30 minutes to show up. She wasn't helpful or apologetic. She took my name, number and credit card information and told me that she would call me when it was fixed. Guess what, she never did. I called the hotel the next day. Was on the phone for another 30 minutes to get this fixed. All this for a beer. I would have let it go but it's the principal. After all this, spending 30 minutes waiting for the manager at the bar and 30 minutes on the phone the next day, they didn’t even offer to give me a full refund. They still kept the $5.50 for the beer and refunded me the difference. Petty. I've stayed at this Harrah's many times. In fact, I have another trip coming up next week. I'll have to find another hotel and I'm not happy about it.
