When I checked in I specifically requested a bathtub as we had been traveling all day and we wanted to soak in a tub. I was told the room we were assigned had one. However, once we got in the room we found only a shower. When I went back to ask about it the person at the front desk said they were all taken and that she didn't realize the remodel had taken out tubs in many of the rooms. Not a huge deal but frustrating.

Staff was super friendly, and the room was clean. My only two issues were the shower leaked really bad onto the floor and the bed was hard as a rock.

We experienced issues from the beginning with Expedia misinformation of the room details regarding sofa bed . After checking in we found out later that night our lock didn’t work on the door . Then the a/c unit leaked water on the floor as well as the shower / tub combo didn’t drain and I stood in ankle deep water while showering .
