Location was absolutely perfect, not in a congested area, so the beach was practically deserted the entire time we were there. Definitely stay here for tranquility. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable from the common areas to our room, bathroom, pool area everything was spotless and well taken care of. Only complaint was the shotty internet, I work for a living from a computer or tablet, and the internet was horrible. Cox mobile and AT&T are our providers. They had us all the way on the very end facing the gulf, which was absolutely stunning, and definitely quiet. I don't think I heard a sound the entire time I was there. Beds we're super comfortable and spotlessly clean and crisp. Free Breakfast selection was amazing, and the croissants, tasted like they were from a bakery. BEST!!! My mom remarked and complimented so much about this one area alone. Fresh squeezed juice, any bread item you can imagine, eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, the list goes on including fresh fruit.. Real silverware and ceramic plates. We also appreciated the fact that the area of the breakfast items were in was not where you had to sit and eat, you were able to go in the main dining area which is expensive and overlooks the Gulf. The staff, by far is one of the best I've ever experienced in my travels. Reception, housekeeping, everyone we came in contact with, absolutely professional and polite. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for privacy and tranquility.

The staff were extremely kind and generous. The atmosphere was refreshing, clean and so nice. It had the southern charm feel. Everything was clean. The beach was amazing and not crowded at all. And the breakfast was so delicious. This will be our go to place from now on. Loved it

Amazing little gem on the gulf coast

All of the staff was super friendly, rooms were large and clean, fresh baked afternoon cookies, popsicle hotline, extensive breakfast spread with fresh squeezed OJ were great treats!!! Will definitely choose this hotel for future coast trips.

Honestly, we loved everything about this hotel, but the breakfast is what I can’t stop talking about! They offer a variety of made-to-order pancakes. I got the blueberry, and they were amazing. Plus the amount and variety of other breakfast foods is better and more delicious than any other hotel complimentary breakfast I’ve had. The hotel is convenient, right across the street from the beach, and very pretty too.

The property was awesome. The staff was great, the breakfast OMG!!! was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying at the INN. The only thing that I could say negative about the place is that the room wasn't as clean as expected for such a nice place and add more towels and washcloths
