After a second visit to the IP Casino, my overall experience was a solid **3.5 out of 5 stars**. While there were some definite highs, a few key issues left me feeling ready to try a new hotel on my next trip to Biloxi. On the positive side, the food was absolutely exceptional. The Asian cuisine at **Tien** was a definite highlight and deserves a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. The **24-hour coffee bar, Infusion** was also excellent, providing a great variety of quick and easy meals. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I especially appreciated how quiet and well-insulated the rooms and hallways were, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The pool area was also fantastic, and the guy working there was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful, making the visit very pleasant. However, several areas fell short. The biggest disappointment was the service, which often felt indifferent. I repeatedly had to ask for help at various counters, even when the area was not busy. At a bar with a light crowd, I still had to signal the bartender just to get a drink. The amenities guide in the room was also lacking, leaving me to guess what was available. Most frustrating of all was the horrible WiFi, which was consistently slow and would often fail to connect. Lastly, while I understand it's a casino, the pervasive smell of stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire first floor—not just the casino floor was a major turn-off.

The girl name Nika at the front desk was extremely rude to me and made me feel like a thief because I booked the room with my father‘s credit card with his permission. His name was Clarence and he was not with us on the trip. When I got there, she said I could not use the card However she refused to give me back my drivers license while I went to the parking garage to get my friend to put the room on her card, making me feel like she was running my information while I was gone there were people behind me in the line while she was doing all this, and she was not trying to be discreet about any of it And then when we got ready to check out, she handled that also and she was loud and rude then and I will be reporting her to her company as well. Had we not shown up? I guarantee she would’ve charged the room to that card without any questions asked even though it was “policy not to let me use the card that I booked the room under.

It is great place to stay. The remodeling is even better. I would recommend that the hotel place the clothes line in the shower to dry bathing suits. Other than that I think all was good. Also there is a $30 microwave rental for your stay also that housekeeping will have to bring up. It would be great if they had one by the ice on each floor. Just an idea. Thx
