Internet/TV service was bad Otherwise Outstanding
The front desk person and management were phenomenal and helped me through a rough situation. The room was very clean, the bed and all the pillows were amazing (slept like a baby). For a place that charges a non refundable resort fee I would expect that with full WiFi bars on my phone I wouldn’t have such extreme difficulty with just about every app especially banking. I would also expect that TV shows would be in sync with what the actors were say and what was coming out of speaker. It’s aggravating to watch an actor’s mouth move and not hear what they said until seconds later. You need to upgrade your internet/TV service if you’re going to charge “resort fees). Food was extremely expensive. &9 for a sandwich, $3.50 for Chips, and $3.50 for a soda!!

The shower head was broken but the hotel fixed it right away. I called the front desk about the shower head and before I put on my sleepwear they were here to repair it. The negative part about to stay was there was no microwave in the room to heat up our leftovers from the hotel
