We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Palace Casino Resort. We really didn't need to leave to go elsewhere to eat or simply go elsewhere to have coffee, a sandwich or something sweet. Their Cafe, is great just for that. Their buffet is second to none and extremely reasonable. The housekeeping staff is great. Our check-in was easy and quick. This was our second visit in the past 6 months. The Palace Casino is our favorite by far. If you want to get away and be able to afford your trip, this is your place. You could definitely pay more at the other great casinos, but ask yourself why.

Casino is nice. Check in was not good. Lady was not friendly. Casino games are horrible. Everything is some form of building to get to a bonus. Waste of money. Bring back better machines. Also people banging doors at 6am in the morning waking you up.

The Palace was not what I expected, especially for the price I paid for the room, which was like any regular Hotel room. The check in and out desk, the staff was very pleasant. Some of the waitresses never returned to you when you ordered a drink in the casino and yes tipped well each time. Vending machine didn't work on the 8th floor. The Buffet and Coffe shop was Great! This was my first stay and diffiantly my last at the Palace.

Our stay was great! We especially liked the level.of customer service provided by Kellie and Tina Marie at the front desk, and Tom, server (older white gentleman with gray hair and glasses-- I think this was his name) at the Stacked Grill. I must say that everyone was friendly and did their jobs with smiles on their faces-- from security to housekeeping staff, to waitresses on the casino floor.

A ok stay

It was good. Not the Hampton. The bed was hard. Rooms was clean. Employees was very nice and helpful! I booked 3 rooms was able to check in one early ! So we could unload our stuff. Other rooms wasn’t ready until after 5. Check in is 4 pm. They don’t offer free coffee except in the room! Not good.

We had a lot of problems checking in because the original person who booked the room, was unable to come. We called ahead and explained everything but it didn’t go real smooth. After that, everything went well. We liked our rooms and asked for adjoining ones but that did not happen either!
