Enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking good. Coffee staff very friendly, professional and courteous. Demeanor of check in staff was not friendly, but she was helpful with room selection options. Casino was very well lit and attractive. Buffet staff efficient and friendly. Spouse disappointed as she was not able to visit the gift shop due to store hours and our schedule. activities.

Palace Casino and Resort is an excellent property that is a non smoking location. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times and it is consistently great. Having the casino right off the elevator is fun and the buffet is likely the best in Biloxi. There is a sportsbook option and many folks are playing the slots and table games. Parking is easy via a deck that connects to the 2nd floor for quick access. For an all around experience it is hard to beat the Palace.

For early risers like myself there’s nothing to do in the mornings because the casino doesn’t open till 8 AM. No excitement in casino. No wins. In 3 days only one offer for a cocktail in the casino. I was on the 10th floor and asked to be on a lower floor but was refused due to booking thru Expedia. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We just stayed two days at the Palace and could not be happier with the hotel and personel!! Everyone was great, the hotel was always clean and we'll taken care of to small details. The buffet was more than we asked for. The help at the restaurant was helpful and kept clean. Highly recommend this casino!!!

Great Stay!

Highly recommend this hotel! We stayed with our 2 kids and loved that it was non smoking and centrally located. The room was spacious and included a fridge, coffee maker and bath tub. We ate dinner at the Buffet which was delicious.

Fabulous!

absolutely fantastic stay! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were lovely and reasonably priced, we had a great view over the water. We had an issue with the shower and maintenance was there in about 10 minutes and fixed it! The buffet is to die for, and around 20 bucks. The only complaint I have, and it’s not really a big one is that they don’t have any kind of room service. You have to call the restaurant yourself and go and pick it up. But other than that, I would highly recommend the palace casino resort.
