I never have a bad review when I stay here. The first room I checked in someone was already staying in there but the receptionist gave me another room. I was asking about a room with Jacuzzi but before I could finish my sentence she said no I can't change your reservation but other than that the stay was ok

It was good for what we needed only thing we didn’t get was when we asked the cleaning crew for some extra towels and stuff. We didn’t get it until we called down to the office that evening when we got back from exploring the area

The couch was dirty and brought no use to the room..The carpet was dirty..The microwave was rusted out. Was charged 150$ deposit to stay in a room in such conditions. The deposit came right back but it still was a horror scene rooms need to be updated Thanks

Just a bad time

The housekeeping is rude. It was not check out and some way they managed to crack the door, while I was still in bed. This happened before. I thought I’d booked a different hotel. I really don’t like the noise either.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was great & very helpful. Check-in & out process was a breeze. The area around the motel was clean, landscaping was well-kept with lots of parking. The property is located next to an airport, so there was periodic noise from flights but nothing obnoxious. Rooms were clean but definitely due for some upgrades. Beds were really comfortable & tv channel options were decent. Bathrooms were clean but had some wear here & there (typical of any motel). It is also pet-friendly so that was a plus! Pool was nice but we did not use it. Daily breakfast options were good & the ladies taking care of the breakfast bar kept it clean & stocked. They had coffee, juice, milk, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurts, eggs, biscuits, and meat options too. I would definitely stay here again because of how convenient it was to everything including the interstate & would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place that's inexpensive with plenty of things nearby for anyone's needs.
