The property is... alright. It's a dated place and the owner has definitely made some budget upgrades fairly recently. For the "budget room" category its a good choice. It is clean and pretty well maintained but our non-smoking room smelled like someone had just walked through the place with a lit cigarette and a bottle of febreeze. Theres a decent waffle house next door and some other fast food places around. All in all if you dont mind being off the beaten path a bit and a little noise, its ok.

Our first room smelled like straight weed. The front desk was amazing. They switched us to another room. It was good enough for the money. The beds were noisy, the walls were paper thin, the bathroom smelled disgusting, the floors were filthy. I read so many reviews that were great but this hotel was NOT IT. The pool was open but the bottom was green. Just a big no. Don’t do it.

Wasn’t bad. No extra towels or pillows were brought when asked and the trash was never picked up. But other than that it was a nice stay.

The furniture was old and dirty. The bedding including the sheets looked as though they were not changed. The bathroom floor was not clean. I will not stay there again.
