Booked and paid for online. Was told toom wasnt ready ypon arrival at check in time of 3pm. Room was finally ready at 510 pm. There were 6 of us waiting on rooms that handy hadn't been cleaned yet. When i got to room it was ok, old, dated missing cups, coffee & trash bags. Jetted tub had no plug for it, water in all faucets was yellow. What a waste!!
The images online is misleading, the entire hotel stay unpleasant such no TV CABLE, with no accommodation, my bedding had a cigarette hole in a nonsmoking room, I had to ask for pillow covers because the pillows had a stain, the couch had what looks like a yellow stain, the mirror appears broken and gross looking, the iron had rust or it so we had to improvise and place a sheet over the iron so my husband and I can iron so we won’t look foolish going to the invent we drove to Mississippi for. We are leaving extremely early so I can feel comfortable to relax, although we live 45mins away. I have never wanted to leave ANY HOTEL/RESORT I’ve stayed EVER AT.
ALSO I HAD TO ASK FOR FACE TOWELS !
I received a confirmation about my check in and i wasn't even close to getting there. When we finally arrived they were saying that i didn't book the hotel room for the night that i picked even though i was showing proof of the reservation and the day it was for . . Didn't give us the room we asked for and payed, they had us staying a random room that it looked like they were trying to fix .At the front desk they let us know that the tv didn't work , either the elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor . Being pregnant that wasnt fun at all . And let's not talk about how dirty it was.
Don't even know where to start! The worst place I've ever been. We were threatened, we were told to like it or leave it elevator was out of service no TV in the room found needles in the room the management did nothing about it. He threatened my son and cursed us out before we even got to the room which we could not because I have cancer and it was on the third floor with no elevator. Would not refund our money. I ended up sleeping in my car that night.

Rooms weren’t cleaned and ready at 4:00. We had 2 rooms, one room the tv didn’t work finally a new box was brought in. The phones didn’t work and the elevator was broken. My husband and I are disabled and the rooms we booked we on the second floor, just made it very hard to get luggage up and down, and climbing very slow. My husband finally made it down stairs the next morning to bring me up a cup of coffee and it was stone cold. Had to heat it up in microwave. We survived, but probably won’t book with Red Roof again.
The property was clean, but they do not clean your room or change your towels while out. We had to ask several times for clean towels (never got a full set after initial use). Other than the towel and room clean, I’d recommend it to budget friendly people.
Had to wait 1.5 hours to check in, had to request for a shower curtain, trash from previous person wasnt taken out, hair in the shower, broken coffee maker, no breakfast, comforter was dirty, bed and chair were dirty, overall felt unclean and there is zero chance I would stay here again.
The beds were so noisy, mattress on what seemed like a metal box & made so much noise with slightest movement. Supposed to have free breakfast but went down around 7:30, no coffee even made but next day there was waffles only. In a non-smoking room but entire hotel smelled like marijuana so it made the room & our belongings smell like it. Bath towels smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for but we won’t be back.
They only had waffles for breakfast and I am gluten intolerant but they were welcoming to our pets and because we’re moving and have to bring our cats and dog it was a good choice. The location was quiet and convenient.
