The staff went above and beyond before we even checked in. I called to say we would have a supper late check in and they were so polite about it. Then During the stay the staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were as advertised. The hotel is a little on the older side but was very clean and taken care of. After we checked out I had left something on the counter that was empty but you would not know that without opening and checking. The staff called to make sure it wasn't something i needed so they could return it to me. Will stay another time

I’ve stayed here twice in the past 2 weeks. Absolutely excellent value for the price when compared to what you get and to other properties. Would and probably will stay again and would highly recommend.

This property was very minimal. I understand that you get what you pay for; but there was no hand soap, no face soap, no shampoo, no conditioner or coffee pot. There were coffee cups and coffee grounds provided. I reserved one king size bed due to my height; but it wasn’t actually available so they just put me in a room with two queen beds.

This hotel looks ok when you check in. It's a different story when you leave the lobby. The carpet in the halls was disgustingly dirty. The walls were dirty. The air conditioner in our room had leaked and the carpet was saturated to within 2.5 feet of the bed. An electrical cord was laying on the wet carpet. The mattress sloped toward the middle of the bed. The walls were damaged and missing part of the sheetrock on the corners. The knob on the folding closet door was missing. The toilet had no seat cover which is unsanitary when flushing it. This will be our last time to stay at a Sleep Inn.

The property is in need of renovation from furniture to re-painting. The shower had mold around the calking. I believe the hotel staff did the best they could do with cleaning, and their politeness and diligence to customer service was exceptional.

There was one person working the dining area and the front desk. You had to wait until she finish one area before waiting on you. The shower looked like mold was in it. You couldn’t get towels because they only had a few. This costed too much money for the limits that was in place. I don’t think I’ll stay there again.

The hotel's entrance was a bit inconvenient, requiring a couple of U-turns to access the property. However, the staff made up for it with their excellent service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for an overall pleasant stay.
