Stayed here a year ago had absolutely no problem for the price went Saturday 09/06/25 man she were filthy they changed our room those sheets were dirty was given sheets to change them the pool was filthy the property had old furniture outside everywhere it literally looks like a drug mitel now will not be going back

Run as fast as u can!!!!!

This place was horrible i wouldn't let my dog stay here it stanks its not clean i brought my own disinfectant wipes and lysol started wiping stuff off u should have seen the dirt I wiped we damn near stayed up all night wondering if something was going to crawl on us mind u this wasn't the 1st room when we arrived the 1st room they gave us was the room from hell To top it off i wouldnt eat the FREE breakfast they offered in that so call dining area that looks like a AA MEETING please take your money somewhere else I wouldnt stay here if they offered me a free room please dnt come here all I want is my money back

Stay anywhere but here!!!

This place was a complete train wreck from the jump. I got there early and was greeeted by 2 young males who followed me, hitting on me in the thirstiest manner. Would've take "no" for an answer. The room was disgusting and when i went to set my bags on thebed, realized the bed was soaking wet. They brought me back clean bedding and i remade the bed. It was extremely loud all night. At least once on the hour i received a ding dong ditch. The next morning, iwas told i had to pay $60 nonrefundable fee for my tiny dog. That was beyond the $20 i paid the night before. The 4 days i was there, iwasnt offered cleaning service even once. Each morning i had toget key reset. And like 5x per day after. Each time the woman at desk scolded me like it was my fault. And yelled at me about my dog bring with me but its not like I could leave her in the room when my key DOESN'T WORK!! You weren't allowed breakfast after 8am and forget coffee. She even yelled at me for getting coffee out of caribeaner from the day before and saying it was cold. Why is it still out? Oh, and there was black mold all over bed and wall when i was changing the sheets. If you can afford something better, do yourself a favor and make those accommodations; you'll thank me later.

Disappointed 😞

We check in and they gave us a room way on the end. Which we have been there many times and never stayed on the end. But the room was a non smoking and it stunk so bad. Not really smoke smell it smelled of black mold. The room was not clean as you can see in the pictures. I was so disappointed, we always loved staying there. I went and told them and they just blew me off. But my husband went to office and they gave us another room.

When we complained about the dirtyness of the room, the man at the counter told us he never goes to a room unless there was a TV issue. Our TV worked the first night and reported the next day when it didn't work and they did come to room but couldn't fix it. They came in and dusted the light shade that had spiderwebs in it. The walls were dirty and looked like several spills and splashes that were never wiped down. The electric plugs didn't have covers and anything in the plug ins would fall out. The pillows were dirty but we bring our own anyway. All I can say on the positive is the beds were comfortable and the beach is across the street. No coffee pot in the room seems to be a new thing with hotels and it's disappointing.

Trash hotel

Everything was disgusting. The toilet paper was already opened, the tub was black on the bottom, the remote wasn't even synced to the tv so we were unable to change the channel, volume, or even turn it off, and to top it off, the mattress had a spring sticking out of it.

Just Awful

I wanted to give this hotel a chance since it is so cheap. I visit Biloxi often for concerts. Since it was cheap, I wasn't expecting much more than a clean room, a decently comfortable bed, and good service. Unfortunately, none of that was the case. I called to see if I could check in early. I was willing to pay more but they sais no. I'm actually glad they did so I could spend less time. I would not have stayed there at all if I wasn't tired after leaving the concert. The latch on the door was broken. There were nasty stains all over the walls, a stain on the toilet rim, mold on the ironing board, and a musty smell. The bed was uncomfortable and it felt humid. When I walked up, some sketchy people were outside. The TV was on in the room. It's obviously been neglected for a long time. I'd sleep in my car before I'd sleep there again.The location is good and it's cheap but it'd not worth $5 in my opinion.
