As soon as you walk in you see old scratch up furniture, its dusty and dirty . Bed covers are old and have cigarette burns. It was a terrible experience.

The manager at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME, ALMOST RACISTS I FELT. Indians women and was extremely nice to white guests right in front of me as I waited to register room.

The bedroom smelled really bad and very dirty. The floor was wet had to use towel to dry it what was good the toilet flushed and the shower presure was good.the handle to the shower was afraid to touch.

I would like the space between the assigned rooms when all rooms r not filled..sometimes when rooms r assigned the guest above u slams doors and bumps instead of walking..if someone is assigned next to u the tv is loud or the conversation is loud

very clean, and the customer service was good too. the only thing was, the non-smoking room was in between 2 smoking rooms. i think the non-smoking rooms should be farther away from the smoking section as you can still smell it

I saw the negative reviews online before I went to stay at this hotel memorial Day weekend 2025. Everything was really nice no one started any trouble around the hotel everything was well lit front desk staff is nice they had plenty of towels beds were clean I think people left negative comments on this place because they expected it to be like the newer hotels nearby on the beach. It's definitely worth going here you can literally cross the road and park by the beach or you can walk across.

Within 3-5 minutes of being in our room. We started getting bit by bugs. My son had to use the bathroom and it smelled like sewage and the toilet was dirty. He got bites on his stomach just from using the bathroom. We took our luggage back to our vehicle and we to the front office. He didn’t seem surprised and stated since I booked through a third party; I would have to call them for a refund since they are booked. Several more guests came in complaining about bed bugs as well. They were asking for a refund too! This was big inconvenience since it was a holiday weekend, graduations, and games going on this weekend. Will not recommend anyone to stay here.

The rooms smelled terrible. The mattresses were molded ln the bottom, there were bed bugs. Mold in the shower. The fridge didnt work, they acted like they couldnt understand us when we were complaining and trying to get a refund. There was used condoms all over the ground. The top of the steps with all broken and a major fall hazard.
