The rooms are nasty, mold in them and dirty walls. we booked a king and got a full. The pictures are nothing like the property. I felt unsafe like i was going to be robbed

Constant knocking at the door from strangers, but the staff was great! Stayed for over a month and the community was wonderful. The property is a plus on hospitality and this is a good choice for your Gulf Coast experience. 👍

We felt unsafe when we arrived. There were several men wondering around the property. We spoke to the hotel property manager and she was no help. She let us know what an extended stay hotel was. Many homeless people live at the property. She refused to give us a refund. We left and found another hotel. At the new hotel we asked about Studio 6 and we were told that that was indeed a bad area.

Easy check in, room was clean just can tell it's an older hotel. Sits behind a gas station and car wash so not the easiest to find. The shower was OMG wonderful ( although it could take paint off a car) Stayed 3 days and they never changed out the towels, had to ask for fresh ones. Was fairly quiet which was nice

The toilet seat needed replacing. Small roaches in the bathroom and crawling on the headboard. Shower head connector leaked and sprayed water all over. Once you wash your hair and had soap hit the tub, the tub became extremely slippery and unsafe.

We arrived just as the office was closing. She was accommodating but you're left on your own after 8. Was a studio but not a stitch of anything in the kitchen area. Clean, newer but keep in mind this is extended stay so folks are hanging out and cooking smells drift into other rooms! We were lucky our neighbors were fairly quiet after 10.

Dirty floors, look like they have never been cleaned. Kitchen with no glasses etc, knob missing from stove top. No elevator for second floor Office closes at 8pm No ice or cups other than for coffee Permanent sign stating problem with laundry so reuse towels, but when I went by laundry they were using it Room is only cleaned after you have been there for 3 days. Very little water from shower head A dump, if inspected would probably be closed

Horrible place. Old stale cigarette smell in the room even though we asked for non smoking room. Roaches in bathroom and hair all in the tub. Homeless people and others walking around all day and night. Did not feel safe. Very uncomfortable bed. We had to leave early bc of car trouble and Expedia and the motel would NOT refund one night. Never again.

Quick and easy trip! The only downside of the trip was seeing a roach in the toaster. Other than that we had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

The room and linens were clean but very old. All the air conditioners leak water outside which pools and runs everywhere. There were two toothpaste caps in my sink. The light over the cooking area needed new bulbs. There should’ve been directions on how to operate the stove. I had to microwave eggs bc I couldn’t figure it out. It didn’t feel like a safe neighborhood either.

Just Ok

Hotel charges $5 when you arrive in addition to payment on Hotels.com. Office is only open 9-8, so don’t expect to check in late here. The first room i was given was trashed and smelled of cigarettes. The next room was better but had hair all over the bathroom floor. Lots of sketchy folks hanging out around the parking lot, this is not the place to stay for a family trip. A/C worked and the bed was comfortable. Don’t expect too much if you stay here.

When we went to room, it had not been cleaned. Getting a new room was easily done. The property had several abandoned cars in parking lot and sits next to motel had run down apartments. In the early hours of the morning my husband witnessed a drug deal. When we reported our concerns we were discredited.to rundown apartments
