Elderly staff upon checkin was extremely nice helpful informative and made us feel comfortable upon checkout I guess young lady had a bad night rude nasty and racist was what I experienced and ruined the entire stay

Room smelled bad and was extremely small

I checked out as soon as i stepped into room. It was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled like marijuana. I asked to checkout and get a redund but they said they could not.

Could see light around the door. Had coffee but no cup for the coffee. Once I did make it, it smelled like a strong chemical. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, saw something crawling under bathroom sink. Had a bottle of conditioner and a bar of soap, that’s it
