Bar was closed for 2 days of our visit. The restaurant was closed the entire time of our 3 day visit. Asked the front desk for a blanket and what they gave me was about the weight of a sheet so I asked for 2 and was told we could only have one! Another time I asked for additional bars of soap (which were very small) and at first I thought they were going to tell me no but after rummaging through a drawer she came up with 2 and one of those were broken! We went by the desk at check out to hand in our key cards, said good morning to the lady and all she did I was glare at me!!! No, thanks, no have good day or how was your stay!!! We will never stay here again!

This property was perfect for my stay. Everything was super clean and smelled really nice. ALL the staff were absolutely amazing, especially Oona at my check-in. She was super friendly and made the check-in process extremely easy. Oona gave me some recommendations for dinner in the area and her recommendations were spot on! I also loved the pool area. Super nice and relaxing. Great Job! I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Biloxi. Thank you!
