When checking in the lady at the front desk told us she was giving us one of the best rooms in the hotel.Lets just say that was not true the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the linen on the bed look like it had drops of blood on it.Returned to the front desk to be greeted by Jeremy I explained everything to him and I must say he made it right.Gave us a beautiful clean room.THANK YOU JEREMY FOR MAKING OUR STAY WONDERFUL!

We had a fabulous stay, would highly recommend! We really enjoyed the pool, the spacious room, the comfy bed, fast elevators, and the helpful staff. Plus, the whole Old Hollywood theme/decor is so fun! Drinks & entertainment at the Sapphire were wonderful too. 5 stars!
