Room was filthy. There were roaches and bugs everywhere. Bathroom was falling apart. Dents all over the door looked like someone had tried breaking in before, made it feel very unsafe.

There was no housekeeping. I had a 3 night stay and there was no cleaning available. I was told that rooms were cleaned only every 3 days. My trash piled up. The floors were greasy. Tub was grimy. If I wanted clean towels I had to bring my dirty ones to the office and swap them out.

It was close to downtown. Recently renovated room, could have used a few minor touch ups, like replacing rusty hardware. Other than that it was perfect for the Peter Anderson fest.

A very quiet area, hotel and room was very clean. We got smaller beds then we wanted, but hotel was booked up, so we were glad to have the room. We will be back here next year for Cruisin the Coast!

Customer service was good. Arrived late but she answered my email that notified her of my late check in. There was a Sign in the window that nobody was there but would be right back. That just made us feel unwelcome. However she was quick to get there after ringing the ball and was very nice. Got to the room and it was average, at best. Bathroom door didn't close. Dirty and dingy. Fire alarm started chirping for a low battery. She came right over to fix it. But just took out batteries and didn't replace them. Overall, service was good but definitely a 2 star place.

Room was basic, clean. Breakfast usual waffles, etc. Be aware that is on a train track and trains do roll thru during the night. Would stay again.
