A Covenient, Clean, Good Stay

Convenient location and very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were spacious and clean. I appreciate that they are dog friendly but $75 for one night is pricey and not competitive with surrounding hotels. Room was quiet next door but, on the third floor, we heard someone heavy footed in the room above us in the morning. Surprised that this hotel does not have a continental breakfast in the morning.

Great suite for a family of 4 right near the university. Affordable price, nice clean place. Bed is not terribly comfortable, but for a few nights at this affordable price, it was perfect for us.

Female desk attendant can barely look up from her cell phone to do her job. Dated average rooms. No air flow because the bathroom fan is broke. The main chair was nasty and I didn't sit in it. There's phones that aren't hooked up to anything in the room. The upstairs neighbor was smashing on the floor till all hours, both nights. dirty washclothes.. However, the bed was comfortable.
