Though currently being updated, the property was old and not well maintained. Bar was closed by midnight with no food available nearby. Sheets and bed linens smelled like urine and probably weren’t even washed.

Beautiful spacious room!

Room was large with a couch and a nice king size bed! Bathroom was nice and clean with nice towels! Neighborhood was nice with a walking trail next to a river! One of the top restaurants in Binghamton, “The lost Dog “was just a few minute walk from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Nice hotel. Not much going on around, but that's Binghamton in the summer, on a Sunday, for you. Check in and check out was convenient and the people were kind and courteous. Didn't get a chance to check out most of the hotel since we were only there for one night. A convenient 6-minute walk from the bus station. Room was nice. Spacious. Just didn't like having to step into the bathtub since I have a bum ankle and have my foot in a boot. Would be nice if they had a shower stall you could just walk right into.
