Another great stay at the Hampton Inn Binghamton
Good stay as usual when we come up to visit family. The shower was excellent - hot but not scalding, good pressure, and the shower head was placed very high, which my tall family members appreciated. Bed was fine, a little squeaky but not soft. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent for a hotel breakfast - hot oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, chicken sausage, and 2 types of waffle batter for those so inclined.

Had a great stay! Brakfast was good and pool was warm, which was great for a winter day. Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Only wished the bed was thicker, it felt a little old and flimsy.

We have stopped here 3 times now on our way to Great Wolf Lodge. The pool keeps us coming back. It’s the warmest pool at any hotel we’ve ever experienced! The staff are extremely friendly too!

The property was under construction. Work started early morning right outside our door and in room beside. Drilling sawing hammering. Yelling loud on phones and to each other. They put down plastic on the floor and it was too slippery for my 84 year old mother to walk on so we were trapped in our room. The hotel says they have recommended you refund our money

The room didn't have mattress covers, one of the comforters had stains that were visible. The bathroom toilet had visual stains around the base. Not a positive experience.
