Room 103 - 2 issues requiring resolution

Room 103's electronically controlled window coverings not working. Unable to put black out shade down completely so gap of 10 inches allowed outside lighting in Extremely noisy folks in room above until 1 am. Insulation between floors is necessary to minimize noise level between floors. Clearly audible.

Both Aaron and and Mark were great at the Front desk. Our housekeeper, Stephanie was helpful and spot on cleaning our room as needed. The pool was cold but enjoyable. The free breakfast was enjoyable and slightly different each time.

Great Visit!

The hotel had a beautiful and welcoming lobby. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The S’mores waffles were a hit with the kids. We would definitely return.
