We stayed for just one night at Best Western Owego Inn. The first room we were given had an issue with the air conditioning, but they changed us to another room without any problem. The second room was very good — the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was great and had a good variety, including eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and more. The staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient, close to fast food restaurants, a convenience store, and a gas station. Overall, we were satisfied with the value for the price and the service.

The Front Desk Manager was extremely rude she has no customer service, upon arrival at the hotel the front desk agent checked me in he was very polite and friendly the room was dirty and the furniture was so dirty with dust the bathroom is dirty I asked the front desk manager if she can change the room, she said do you want me to cancel your reservation that was rude and nasty I have 16 people staying at the hotel the same day I would never recommend no one to stay there.

The bathroom was disgusting. Rust and grime inside the bowl. Not sure if it was just old or dirty. Brown stains in the bowl. Dead ants inside bathroom. Lobby bathroom was full of garbage and not kept clean. We actually pay for 2 nights and left after 1 night. I didn’t expect much for breakfast and didn’t get much. Definitely will not stay there again
