Decent stay at four points batam, close enough to nagoya mall, habour bay and grand batam mall. Nice security and staff. Breakfast nothing to shout about, but nearby market could be a deal breaker.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive. However, there are several excellent local restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals at more reasonable prices. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

🌟Our family had an absolute blast at Natra Bintan! 🌟The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. We signed up for the kids' activities package at Treasure Bay—as hotel guests, we got a 20% discount, which is a fantastic deal since the vouchers can be used anytime during the stay. The dining was a highlight and there’s a great variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the near future! 🏊‍♂️✨

Wonderful and helpful staff, clean and new resort. Best relaxing time away from Singapore!

Amazing if you want peace and quiet. Note that there is no aircon in the living and dining room. Only bedrooms had AC. Would have been better if they provided chairs at the balcony. If you want to enjoy the balcony view, you’ll have to stand. Walk over to nearby Turi beach for a better pool and sandy beach. Stayed 3 nights, family.

Room is small for single bed and room’s sound proof not so good can hear from outside . Toilet is small . Overall still ok for double room . Lobby and restaurant are good
