Hotel reception & welcome great both on check in/ out & at breakfast , cleanliness brilliant but for us outdated style & room cluttered with oversized furniture even though we’d been upgraded so compared with what you get from Premier inn was disappointing . Breakfast good choice & excellent quality & service friendly . Dog barking during the night & heard conversations in other rooms which was a bit frustrating as we needed rest

Fabulous staff. We had a problem on the first night and the staff were excellent. Moved us to another room and offered compensation. Breakfast was brilliant. Hotel is in a lovely area opposite a beautiful park and a short walk to the venue we attended and to the city centre. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is well kept, very clean and decorated to a high standard. The proprietor and staff are helpful and friendly. The food is delicious, with lots of choice for breakfast. Would recommend staying here.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the centre of Wolverhampton. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts during our stay. We always try to stay here when we are in Wolverhampton.

The staff was pleasant, the coffee was thick and rich. There are no elevators nor AC. The shower jets kept popping off. The room was beautiful, the bathroom was very small.

Our stay was very brief but the staff we interacted with were all lovely- interested in our trip and happy to help out. The building is a bit labyrinthine which I find charming, but your mileage may vary based on your sense of direction.

Great one night stay to attend a concert at the nearby Halls venue.Hotel is clean and very comfortably modernised to provide top rate accommodation.Beds are massive and breakfast was top notch.Lovely people running the hotel and a beautiful park just opposite.Will come again.

We stayed in Executive Super King room. We had a very spacious comfortble bed, sofa, tea/coffee making facilities. Separate shower/toilet with toiletries. I did not notice if there was a safe in the room. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and lovely presentation. We had to fill a Form for breakfast the night before which is fine as there would be no food wastage. My only concern was they held £50 which did not clear my account until after 4 day. In my experience this is the first time we had to leave a deposit on arrival even if the room was paid for in advance.

What a lovely place to stay so clean, friendly and homely loved eating in the conservatory very clean and light, breakfast was excellent we would rather choose what we eat in the morning and not preorder, we had a family room with a room in the middle which was great for our 2 teenagers they loved chilling on the massive beanbags, we would stay again, staff were all very friendly and helpful. We thought the beds would be better bigger and with a better mattress both were not great!

Great Hotel!

Our stay was very good value and nothing to much trouble for the staff. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast was brilliant! Cant really fault it at all, its our 2nd stay and will be back. Cocktails are an added bonus! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Park View is an absolute gem in the middle of a rough area. The staff are wonderful and Hamilton's restaurtant is a treat. Dined there every morning and evening of my stay. Thank you!
