Generally very good. The breakfast is very good. The room is perfectly fine; it has everything people usually need. The rooms are not very spacious, but well equipped. Fast WiFi. I liked the flavoured water at reception. Helpful staff.

If you want to be right in the centre this is the place to be. Unfortunately a lots of building work going on next door but in the evening this had no affect on the hotel and generally a quiet place to sleep if you are a few floors up. Hotel staff very helpful.

I stayed 1 night and the unit I stayed in was a suite with a sofa and kitchenette. I like the spaciousness. The only negative was the room temperature; it was too cold and I couldn't get the heat to work.

Lovely team at this hotel. Breakfast staff are super friendly and welcoming. Rooms have everything you need. Not super modern but very clean and practical and good amount of space. Have stayed several times and will come again.

Clean, comfortable and amazing service.

Stayed for two nights. The location is great, very central and close to everything in the city. We were greeted and looked after by Sofia and Rohit who were both absolutely fantastic. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. This was a great find and I'm sure we will stay here many more times. Highly recommend.

Photos on the site do not adequately represent the average experience. Photos are of higher ranked rooms, not of standard, despite being logged as standard. Price was not worth the level of room provided when compared to competitors. Range of TV was also not great - unablw to properly cast die to Accor system and not a full range of freeview channels available. Power from the sockets was also not sufficient either as charging would take ages for even just one phone. Staff were lovely, room was clean, however room didnt match provided expectation and amenities in the room weren't of a standard compared to competition.

Not the best.

They need to update the systems because not every room looks like. What it’s been posted on the web. At least update the room pictures so I kno what I’m aware of. Comfy stay overall. Staff were useless when for my requests. Ain’t the best hotel but worth the money if u want a stay Overrall they need to update the room pictures to more detail. Coming from a distance to a bad sight.

Stone throw away from bullring

Nice clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen which included a full sized fridge, small freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Bathroom was clean. Shower has excellent pressure Only downfall was that don't clean your room if staying for less than 8 days. You have to go down to reception to get new towels, tea/coffee top up however not a major issue. We parked in bullring shopping centre which was a short walk.
