Outstanding Apartment and we had the smallest. Struggled to use the AirCon and oven but after speaking to reception, not a worry, they came upstairs and sorted it. Any other hotel would just give you instructions and leave you to it so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for being bothered. Always 2 staff on in the busy periods, can't stand waiting, so again, another winner! Beautifully decorated and fitted out. Home away home. 😍

On the plus side the lighting in the shower room was very good and especially so for accommodation in its price range. On the down side there was a sign in the shower warning that the shower tray was slippery and there was no grab handle. It would not have cost a fortune to install a non slip tray. The kitchenette was well stocked but there was no draining board to place wet dishes etc. Overall, the room was very pleasant.

The hotel lived up to my usual expectations of what a hotel should be. I was impressed by the standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Everything I needed (and more) was there. I think it is intended for longer stays as there is a fridge, microwave & hop and plenty of cutlery etc. I was only there for one night, but I would definitely book to stay there when I come back. The SMS/Whatsapp communications are informative and useful, though I would replace "prepare to be amazed" with "prepare to be impressed" as they do what is expected very well, rather than provide anything 'over and above'.

Shocking staff, check in was over an our late and I paid for an extra night but the staff said I needed to upgrade even though I. Had booked the exact same room through hotels.com The manager refused to see me and said email in any complaints!! If you value customer service, don’t stay here

The room wasn’t ready when I arrived and I had to wait until 420 not 3pm. However the stay was good due to the room facilities and value for money However when I extended the stay and confirmed this with reception, I was told this would be fine. However I then had the displeasure of dealing with Payal who was down right rude and lacks common customer service decency. She told me I needed to upgrade. Even though I showed her the bookings she was still rude and didn’t believe the paperwork from hotels .com. This really was shocking behaviour. When I said I would get my things and for her to cancel the room due to her behaviour she agreed but said I would still have to pay for the extra night. I then asked to see her manager to make an official complaint and she said he was too busy as he’s in a meeting but she can now refund the room. All in all a nice place to stay but some appalling members of staff and zero customer service skills!

The staff were very friendly and nice, the apartment was lovely, very spacious and very clean. Parking was convenient and it was easy to get to the place. It was nice that there was a shop downstairs to get things. Would recommend saying here again.
