Fun Stay
We really really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience with the staff especially Sujon the desk clerk. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and welcomed. The room was beyond our expectations, it had a lot of room, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean, it was quiet, the shower water was hot the way it should be. If you requested extra linen, wash clothes or towels you received it right away. The hotel is located in a quiet area, there are restaurants, gas stations, shopping centers in the area. The breakfast was good but everyone would have liked if there was more of a selection ( like home fries, bacon or even grits). The hotel is only 20 minutes from the airport. I would stay again and I do recommend this hotel.

When you entered the hotel you are hit with a very strong smell of cleaner or something not quite sure, the bed was not very confortable, the breakfast was ok, there is no tv guide on the TV when you change the channels the description of what channel it was was incorrect ex. it would say AMC but be the Disney channel. I did let them know in the morning they said they would look into it. I was only stay one night so didn't matter to me.

Staff was very helpful and professional. All over hotel very clean, not run down. Breakfast was outstanding! Told staff no tea bags in room. Discriminate against tea drinks. Who wants to go down to front desk at 5:30 AM for cup of tea. Poor lighting bathroom. I had a hard time shaving. This is not the only BW that has this issue. If I was a women, how would they put on their make up?????
