I don’t think the bedding had been washed. Everything was in rough shape, the carpet was sticky. If we hadn’t just driven 16 hours with a 4 year old, we would have left.

The area outside the front entrance was littered with cigarette butts. The carpet in the room and general building areas was in need of replacement. The room atmosphere was damp and musty. The sheets in my room (211) had a stain. I slept with my clothes on. Also, the plastic draw curtain for the window had a long vertical black stain. However, the bathroom was clean. But, the towels were in need of replacement. I would recommend this facility to truckers or someone traveling on a tight budget. I was happy to see the exit the next morning.

Unbelievably Dirty - Roaches
Unbelievably dirty room. Major moisture/humidity issue (the bedding was wet due to the severity of the issue). I found two roaches crawling around in the bathroom. Splatters of a thick, sticky goo on the walls, lampshades, etc. You may want to do something to prevent customers and/or employees from smoking weed on the property. I’ll never stay here again.

The room was muggy, and the air felt heavy. Everything in the room felt wet. I went to the staff to discuss the issue with our room. They offered us nothing, not a room change, and not even to fix the problem they obviously had with the air conditioning unit in the room. They said they would have the hotel management contact us, but it never happened. We were there for a conference and had no time to wait for them (the hotel manager) at the front desk. It saddened me and made me furious with the inaction of this staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked at last minute as a change in route home. Staff was away from the checkout desk and it took 10 - 15 minutes before he appeared. Another guest tried to call the hotel to get staff's attention, but phone kept on ringing. Breakfast was good and ready early, which helped. One the other hand my daughter woke up with bites all over her exposed skin; apparently bedbugs in the blanket. My wife, who was in the same bed, had no problem when she was between the sheets. This was one of our worst nights.

This was my second time staying in this location and the front desk customer service was horrible. I don’t remember the guys name but he could really go through more training. I could see if it was just minor issues but the couple behind us experienced the same terrible customer service. I think this will be my last time staying at this location.
