Great Hotel

I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel was maintained. The property was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable which gave me a good night sleep. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

When we arrived into the room, we saw stains on the curtains stains on the pillowcases and a comforter on the next day there was a giant roach that ran into the bathroom and they never cleaned our room for two days until we said something. In addition, even though it was a non-smoking hotel, you could literally smell the weed smoke in the elevator and the hallways, and sometimes our room. overall the lobby staff was friendly

First I never set the date of 05/04/25 to stay at this hotel. I changed it several times online for 05/05/25 leaving 05/06/25. Expedia still charged me for the 05/04/25. I was no where near this state, must less hotel. Now I’m having to pay for a night that I didn’t arrive at until late the following day. The hotel was in a VERY unsafe environment. I never left my room although I was very hungry. Would not dare to go out until I had to leave. It was AWFUL. I’m pretty much done with Expedia. This was a nightmare booking the wrong night and almost did not have a place to stay. I KNOW I put the correct date in. It was your website that had the date wrong. Again, I wasn’t nowhere near Alabama. Why would I book it minutes before I was scheduled to stay?? I did NOT..

No sleep!

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the people in the next room yelled in a fight with each other until 2:00 in the morning. We couldn't believe the inconsiderate attitude of people staying in a hotel. Maybe signs posted at the front desk to be respectful of others would be helpful. We had to pay for no sleep.
