The room lacked cleanliness. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it, there was a bug on the ceiling when we walked in, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and there were stains on the comforters.

I’m shocked at the 8.5/10 average here. Check in was fine, upon walking into our room it smelled very musty, very humid, dingy, marks all over the walls, stained couch, looked like someone wiped their hands all over the curtains. Turned the air on, attempting to help the situation, it only smelled worse. Very loud people running down hallways and above beside up pounding and people yelling. This went on until well after 12am. Went to talk to someone at the front desk - nobody was there. Endured it until 5am when we couldn’t stand it anymore and left. Still nobody at the desk. Left our key and sent an email through Expedia. Do not stay here. No response yet from property. For the price we paid , this is completely unacceptable.

Dirty Sheets
The room aesthetically was ok. But there were long hairs on my pillows. Only problem is, I’m black and the hairs clearly belonged to a Caucasian Woman. The sheets didn’t fit bed and wouldn’t stay on the mattress. Exposing a piss stained mattress. The sheet clearly had not been changed so we went out and bought our own clean sheets. Would not stay there again.
