Stayed 1 night before my flight. The single room was clean and amenities good. My only negative is that the walls are quite thin as i could hear the couple in the next room talking. The staff seemed friendly. Only a 20 minute walk to Grand Central & Bullring, and to New St Station for the train to the airport.

Issue with stay

Hi when arriving for my stay the staff member behind the desk was very polite this was very nice to see as other hotels in the area l've have visited haven't been very pleasant. Getting up to the room the first thing I noticed was that the tv was very small and the picture wasn't working properly and the remote did not work, also buttons kept jamming. I did go downstairs and try and ask for help from a member of staff but they didnt understand what I was trying to ask I'm not sure if they understood me much due to this reason they said they'd pop up and help but never did. When using the sink the taps they would make a weird and loud noise and would stay on for a long period of time which would be very unpleasant and annoying to hear. The bed and sheets were very uncomfortable, I woke up with marks on my arms and body, I did take pictures of this which i will attach. Finally during the night their were a few guests that were being too loud that were next door I did ask if they could keep the noise down It was past 12am as my younger sister was trying to sleep. Overall I’m not too pleased with my stay please help with a solution. Many thanks Tyler.

Ok stay but definitely not worth the cost. Also: 1 rather frustrating feature is that the parking is midnight to 8am..breakfast is 8am to 10am, which means that if you stay for breakfast you're paying for an extra day's parking. (And before the reply says "the parking rules are set by an external provider"; ...the external provider is the one that the hotel has CHOSEN to use for the hotel's parking).

Hotel was lovely and clean No parking facilities have to pay but the staff allowed us to park at back because of disabilities The swimming pool is not on site and have to walk down road to use Was told breakfast was 9-7 but was till 10 brekkies was up to standards and the receptionist didn’t tell us the right information on arrival also not hot food that day which was very disappointing… and also forgot to tell us to put the key in holder for the heating to work so was very cold in rooms

Ok for the price

Hotel and room were very clean. Couldn’t fault the room decor. The mattress was incredibly hard so I didn’t sleep well. There were a lot of options for breakfast. The scrambled eggs were runny, the staff kindly offered to re cook them for me, but they came back oily and inedible. The bacon was absolutely cremated and couldn’t be cut - everything else breakfast wise was fine.

Nice hotel if you can find it!

The actual hotel was a lovely place to stay overall. Our room was clean as was the hotel and the staff were friendly. There were two different chairs in our room which was a bonus but weren't the most comfortable to sit in. There was a sign saying this was the only place you were allowed to charge your mobile phones, but none of the usb charging points worked, so we used our plugs with usb socket elsewhere. We did report this the next day when checking out and were told it would be reported to the maintenance team. The car park was not that easy to find, once we did and got parked, it was quite a distance to the hotel. We wished we had taken our suitcase with wheels rather than our overnight bags. The signage around the campus wasn't brilliant either one listed the hotel with an arrow then the next sign didn't show it at all. The buffet breakfast was excellent, although for the hot food you were served by a member of staff, which I don't like, I much prefer plate my own breakfast.

As always, really welcoming and really efficient. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fairly priced. CO2 ratings on the restaurant menus shows it takes sustainability seriously and provides, umm, food for thought.
