Went to check in and they said I didn't have a reservation. Then was told that the manager called me cancelling my reservation. I never received this call. The guy tried fixing it by supposedly giving us the room that I booked, which was supposed to be 2 kings. He was also trying to give a discount. When we got in the room it was 2 queens. Husband went down to fix that and the guy wanted to charge more money. We decided to cancel all together and get a refund. The clerk was then trying to offer the original charge for the room we asked for, we said no. He also didn't want to give us a receipt showing the refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Place also smelled weird.

The (+) after the name of hotel it's useless. Little bit confusing because you expect more. I didn't use the AC because the control unit panel was damage. Staff not very friendly.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise! It's right off the interstate, EXTREMELY clean, new, smells amazing, and top tier customer service! The staff does a great job ensuring you feel accommodated as a guest. I do hope the property management can continue to invest in the property and staff so that this level of quality can continue. The room and hallways smelled of smoke. We could not sleep all night and informed the front desk. I’m still waiting for the manager to call me. Terrible place to stay.

One and done with hotel….
One and done with this hotel. They charge you a huge fine for smoking in your room if you are caught. However, the smell of marijuana on the elevator is overwhelming, and we could smell marijuana in our third floor room. They must have a marijuana growing somewhere or it’s ok to smoke weed in your room but not cigarettes. Will not be back. Also only had one door key that worked, and was not even offered the WiFi password at check in. They don’t have a continental breakfast. For what they charge, a continental breakfast should be offered.

Adequate for a road trip layover. It was quiet and bed was good. It was clean and pool was inside and open. The plus part of redroof inn was a mystery because there were zero perks. No breakfast, coffee kurig in room did not work ( coffee downstairs was good) and ice machine on our floor was kaput. Overall if you want a quiet nice bed go for it. Cheapest in area for a Sat. Night. Walkable to cracker barrel and wafflehouse.

Not worth the money
We could hear everything our next door neighbors said through the connecting door. It sounded like the people upstairs were coming through the ceiling. It was so loud it woke me up. Terrible towels, the bed squeaked. Ants in the bathroom. Bathtub either has rust stains or some other kind of stain. No soap in the soap dispenser by the sink. No breakfast. Room not ready an hour after check in time. Not worth the price we paid.

Key cards had to be reprogrammed every time we went to our room. Dispensers in shower didn’t work. Tv remote didn’t work. Staff harassed us for being Alabama fans. Window trim cracks on window in multiple places. Parking lot well lit.

This property is very run down. The tape & bed on the ceiling was hanging down. The bedding is dingy & balled up. The room did not smell good and I had to wear my shoes any time I was off the bed because the floor was greasy and slick. If I wasn’t exhausted I would have left. There’s was many people wondering around & hollering throughout the night. A man at the counter was demanding his money back due to syringes under his bed.

Not what we expected. You have lost our business.
The hotel elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. This non smoking hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana all night. The staff was friendly and the beds comfortable. It needs painting throughout! Very dingy. Stairwells filthy with food and drink containers and nasty carpet.
