Unique: Ms. Kathie (the receptionist) was extremely helpful and friendly. She really made us feel welcome :) THANK YOU KATHIE Didn’t like: The rugs on third floor (outside elevator) were stained and dirty. For breakfast…the hard boiled eggs were bitter :( Liked: The room was spacious. Outside, the property was very well lit so it made us feel safe. The personnel was very quick to comply with our requests and needs.

It was very peaceful there. The female staff employee was extremely nice and friendly when we arrived. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We liked the tall ceilings. We felt safe &:it was peaceful.

Never coming back. After first walking in, it took almost 30 minutes to check in. Bed looked like they had just made the bed and didn’t clean anything else. The sheets had stains and hairs all in them. Didn’t give us soaps for the bathroom. Air conditioner didn’t work and when we went to look at the unit a lizard came out. We asked the man at the front desk for a new room and he said they had overbooked the hotel and that “the lizard will not bother you.” We ultimately went to another hotel and this hotel was no help at getting us the refund we deserved. Horrible and do not recommend.
