If you are on the Sam's Club side of the hotel, they unload the trucks all night which is very noisy. The second time I stayed on the other side and it was fine. The staff was wonderful catering to my needs and recommending places to eat. I would stay there for sure if I go through Birmingham again.

Mattress was soooo used it was caved in int the middle and shower curtain rod kept falling down and was a huge slip hazard at least put those grips on the bottom of bathtubs.. needs work .
