What a find. On driving up to the lroperty, we were taken back with the beauty. We were apprehensive asnon a univereity site but to need to be at all. Check in easy and free parking. Walked through busy bar (2 weddings on) but no issues at all. A little noise heard from room until music finished but was grand. Our dog also had a super time

Rooms and hotel modern and bright. Breakfast reviews good from other people, but we thought it was quite mediocre particularly for this price point (coffee / pastries a bit dry / cooked breakfast / fruit etc more akin to breakfast available at cheaper establishments - say 60-70% of the room rate). 2 seater tables in restaurant impracticable - unable to sit with legs under table due to cross piece between table legs.

Stayed at this hotel many times and always loved it. Clean, friendy staff and an excellent Saturday evening meal. Breakfast not as great as previous visits and coffee was a bit weak although fresh fruit was lovely.
