Lovely hotel with really friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Convenient location and walkable to shops nearby. Rooms were clean and well presented. Would definitely stay again next time I am in Wolverhampton.

I was looking to make this an alternative choice to Novotel for a handicappedfriend. But to receive voiceovers that 'all our staff are busy,etc' when calling,only to find one member of staff who manned Reception, served meals,pleasantly,not a good advert.4-5 flights of stairways killed that Novotel alternative. Clean,comfortable single room 2nd floor

Sarah on reception was very friendly and efficient and was very clear in giving me details of the hotel’s facilities and where my room was located. Car parking at the back of the hotel was very welcome and my room was nicely decorated, very comfortable and quiet despite the hotel being on a main road

I was pleasantly suprised at how nice this hotel was for the price. The host was very welcoming and the room clean and well equipped (I stayed in a single bed which was a 3/4 double). The breakfast was lovely and the host made sure to do a table check
