I was told they’re getting renovated soon. It definitely needs some things fixed - lots of bulbs out, plugs hanging out of the wall, broken things. But they provided us with great food, comfy beds, easy access to where we needed to be, so I have no complaints!

When I checked in, the guy was pleasant. When I called the front desk, the lady with the dreads was RUDE. She was rude to a friend that stopped by to visit. The table in my room was cracked. The lamp was damaged. The room was pretty warn. The shower was the only option as the tub plug was broken. Room smaller than expected. I did not feel welcomed honestly. I will not be visiting the location in the future. Not the best experience. Felt unsettled.

Great Time
I took my wife there for a graduation present. She graduated with her bachelor's in human resource. We have stayed there before. About 5 years ago and we had a great time , we had friends meet us in the lobby and we sat there and had drinks and snacks and even watch a couple of games. It was fun and my wife enjoyed herself..

Beautiful hotel, but our smoke alarm beeped about the time we were ready for bed. It did stop, but of course I worried it would go off in the night. After more than an hour I called a 2nd time and they finally came and disarmed it.

The hotel is definitely not what it used to be. Renovations are needed and staff need to be more attentive to the cleanliness. Our room was just ok. I found leftover items from the previous guests in our room which indicates the room was not cleaned thoroughly. This is a deal breaker for me. The snacks during happy hour were a huge disappointment. The elevators were dirty and smelled weird. I don’t plan to stay here again.
