Breakfast was great. The smart tv was not a smart tv at all, no apps just freview and the tv would turn itsdlf off when you changed the channel. Beds were cosy. We wanted to extend checkout, was told it was £10 an hour. When we came back to entend it, another lady then said it was £20 an hour! When we questioned it she said its too late to extend it nowdesite there being 6 hours notice

We had a lovely stay, staff were extremely friendly, welcoming & helpful throughout the hotel. The food at both Zest and The Fairway dinner buffet was good, we appreciated the many vegetarian options such as lasagne. Breakfast was also very good. Swimming pool was very nice and clean with good temperature for the water as well as the Sauna and Steam room. Gym was very good with many different fitness areas, free-weights, studio etc.. Inside the room, the beds were very comfy, lots of space for our luggage etc.. Only a few things to note for improvement but does not take away from our experience and would definitely come again: 1. Robes in the rooms for us to enjoy spa/swimming 2. Check in time to be earlier than 4pm although staff were very accommodating and managed to get us in earlier 3. Shower, unfortunately it is fixed making it hard to manoeuvre.

What stood out for me during my visit to Forest of Arden was polite, friendly and efficient staff. Great security. Food was good. And my room was clean and well presented. I slept the best Ive ever slept in any hotel. The place just has a lovely energy. I felt very calm and rested which I needed as I was in the area exhibiting which was exhausting so it was wonderful to be able to come back to such a chill calm space. Lovely setting. I will rebook next year.

Not really a true spa experience. You have to pay £25 for a robe, unless you have a premium room (although we were told they would be in the room by spa, £25 for 2 at reception, £25 esch and the monitor said £15). There are also kids swimming lessons in the morning until noon and were lots of kids in the pool at 4 - 6. This is all information that should have been shared as we probably would have looked elsewhere for our group spa weekend. This was a birthday weekend with a group of 10 whoall had treatments and spent quite alot on food and drinks. Bit of a let down. Staff were friendly and rooms are nice and clean. Food was great!
