Stayed here on numerous occasions, this time we had booked a disabled room and they gave us a room with 2 beds made up. Reception said no problem she would get someone to come and collapse the bed and we went out. Arrived back in late and still no one came to sort the bed out so we left it. Absolute ridiculous that the maids are in and out of cupboards next to the room at about 7am when people are trying to sleep. So much nose we had to get up and being disabled I need my rest, bed was like a brick so didn’t get much sleep as it was. Parking now £15 even if disabled is disgusting too especially when it’s a Sunday and parking anywhere is free

The location was superb as everything I needed was on broad street. Room was clean - impeccable! Check in was a breeze and the receptionists were very courteous. Had a smooth rest at night and breakfast was nice as well. I’d definitely be coming back.

Great value for money

Lovely sized rooms & bathroom. Breakfast was great, nice selection of hot & cold. Good location for the city. Only downside was music from local bars & water pipes in the building made intermittent funny sounds.

Great location, check in and out easy and efficient, however the cleanliness and housekeeping of the rooms was poor, dusty on furniture and furnishings could be seen floating around the room, and towels and bed sheets were not changed the time we were there.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly, I’ve noticed I’ve paid twice for our stay I hope I get my second payment back. It’s a great location for the Ozzy memorial, the beds were very comfy, great price for parking it’s a pitty the surrounding area is a little run down but overall we really enjoyed our star

The room, was fine clean and basic. The breakfast area was a shambles, over crowded and no one organising the cue making it very chaotic. But the worst part was all of the crockery, cutlery and glasses were dirty. Covered in the kind of food dirt left from a poor functioning dishwasher.
