Room was lovely and clean. Lifts were a bit of a nightmare even though there were 4! Checked in at 3.20 and rooms weren't ready but they gave us ones that were. Went for breakfast at 8.45 and luckily missed the huge queue that formed behind us. Full english breakfast, cereal, fruit toast, croissants, make your own waffles which were a hit with the kids, juice, water coffee etc, great for free! Would recommend for the price and would go again!

We have stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Birmingham a few times now. The staff are 5* they go above and beyond for everyone. A special mention for the breakfast manager and staff who are very accommodating . The location is perfect! Clean room and breakfast included. What else would you need.

The room and property was clean & tidy and staff we interacted with were helpful. We were not told about a fire alarm test that takes place every Wednesday (which woke us up) which was annoying. There was also some noise heard which sounded like drilling and bar noise from the street which is no fault to the hotel. Overall a pleasant nights stay.

Central, rooms were spacious & clean/light and functional with all the necessary amenities you'd need. Car Park on the roof was very handy & reasonable price. Breakfast selection was good.

This one night stay in a Hilton was a big mistake. Most basic of hotels. Dreadful evening menu. Bar food poor. £15 to park your car. Unlikely to stay in this or any other Hamptons by Hilton.

Good for the price, but nothing special.

Really helpful friendly check in, convenient carpark and staff let us stay longer than the standard 24hrs for no extra fee. Room was fine for the price, breakfast was average - not much choice. Excellent location for city centre.

Disappointing.

The air conditioning went off after about 20 mins therefore we spent the night in a very hot room! The breakfast was disappointing not up to the usual Hilton standard and the restaurant was very warm. Went to collect my suitcase and there was one member of staff checking in a long queue!
