Really, really busy hotel, long queues for breakfast, reception cramped and hectic. The hotel is on a busy strip of bars/restaurants- we arrived to check in around 8pm and there were loads of people drinking and loud music literally on the hotel doorstep. Dated decor, the place needs updating, felt old-fashioned in the room. Disappointing for just under £200 a night.

Clean but loud

The room was clean and tidy good size but the beds mattresses were to small for wooden frame and you couldn't even move without them making horrendous noise we got back to our room about 10.45pm After a concert tired after long day that started at 6am to the base of loud music that went on for ages

Room was not cleaned to the standard expected. Bathroom floor didn't look like it had been vacuummed. I also don't think they ever vacuum under the sofa beds, even though food debris can easily fall down it.

Great location; hotel was excellent : thought it was brand new. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean with an excellent range of soaps and lotions..Breakfast buffet really good- too good. Would definitely stay again :)
