Wonderful welcome, helpful reception staff.
We had great service from this hotel, we were visiting the nearby children's hospital and the lady at reception couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself was clean, fresh and in good order.

Housekeeping isnt efficient. Had to get the work done by repeat requests. Lacks Maintenance. Rooms are in general decent and feel hygienic and clean. Value for Money as a budget hotel. But, my experience with other chains has been better.

Nice big clean room and spacious shower. Free breakfast included. Good selection of hot and cold food, drinks and a waffle maker. About 15/20 minutes walk from the city centre and there is a tram station right next to the hotel if you would rather take public transport (£2.20 one way and takes about 5 mins to get to grand central station). Little gym area in the basement with your basic machines and weights section. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The surrounding area the property sits in isnt great. The hotel foyer and lift need a bit of an update. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was basic but very good with an available microwave too. Check-in snd check-out were made simple.

Very noisy very early in the morning with people keep talking loudly next door (might have been poor sound proof of this hotel too). When we went to breakfast everything was out and one staff had to serve over 30 customers. Things were very chaotic and we were told we all had to wait for refill which took 15min

Excellent for a 1 night stay in Birmingham. Metro is right behind the hotel so very convenient for getting to city centre, nice cosy/comfortable bar and great breakfast! No complaints!
