Loved the friendly staff rooms were nice a d clean ,beds were comfy , easy access to tram around corner from hotel ,only downfall was very poor menu choice for a meal if you wanted to eat in evening but overall, was very pleased for the bargain price we paid for two night stay.

The receptionist (Fay) on arrival was nice and friendly. The room was clean. You can get a number 16 bus from town to the hotel and it stops outside. The area is quiet. Has a Tesco express and a few take away places close by. Breakfast wasn't great, egg had no flavour, waffles and juice had a weird taste, so only had it one morning and didn't bother for the rest of my stay. The selection wasn't great either. The television in the room was not connected to the internet, so this needs to be fixed. The mattress and quilt all need to be replaced. As the bed is uncomfortable, quilt is biscuit thin. The pillows are feathered. I asked for these to be changed as I am allergic. The man on reception said he would change them and then took the original pillows and gave me more feathers. I eventually got anti allergy pillows, but they were lumpy, too soft and for the bin.

Great stay. Brilliant location for public transport into city centre and walkable if wanted. Staff all brilliant, helpful and friendly and place was clean tidy and well maintained. Room as expected and was nice and quiet.

The hotel was advertised close to the Christmas Market but it was a long walk away from it. Also the sofa bed was uncomfy and caused itching. Moulds in bathroom and carpet not hoovered.

Wonderful welcome, helpful reception staff.
We had great service from this hotel, we were visiting the nearby children's hospital and the lady at reception couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself was clean, fresh and in good order.
