We arrived late at 4am from our Jet2.com Tenerife flight, fortunately the receptionist added 90 mins extra time on our overnight stay to 13:30. Very quiet, warm & friendly place, we slept very well, facilities very modern.
Lovely room great staff
HOWEVER, we asked for alarm phone call at 3.45am didn't get. We were fortunately awoken by sister at 4.20am, so had to rush around, with 3 of us trying to get ourselves ready and out to check in by 4 .45am
This hotel is conveniently placed just a short distance from the terminal, so it is an ideal place to stay before an early morning flight. The room was quiet, well set out and comfortable. My only criticism was that it didn't appear to be possible to put on just the small bedside light without putting on the main light in the entrance area, in my room. Other than that, no problems.
I was attending a conference at the NEC and this was a bit offsite but significantly less expensive as I booked it last minute. While a 15-20 minute walk to the NEC it worked.
