The staff were amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Our room just wasn’t the best. The carpet in the hallways and our room were covered in stains. The hallway had a weird smell, we would explain it as “old seafood” ? If that makes sense. The area was a little sketchy as well, but nothing happened to us or our vehicle. Overall it was an “okay” stay. Would we stay again? No, we do not think so.

The bathroom floor needed to be mopped. There were empty beer bottles between the nightstand and chair. The bedspread was ripped across the bottom. The carpet needed to be replaced. The curtains didn’t close properly. The heating and cooling unit needed to be reinstalled. The desk had eraser marks. Paint needed touching up. Bathtub needed to be resurfaced and the stopper needed to be replaced. Parking area could be cleaner and the trash near the main entrance could be emptied. Ice machine on the fourth floor had no ice so we had to go to the eighth floor.

the staff was incredibly friendly and sweet! The hotel isn’t in the best condition however you do get what you paid for! As a solo traveler, I felt safe and the airport shuttle from and to the hotel was such a deal!
