Excellent Stay at this hotel. Rooms and hotel was immaculate and recently renovated. The staff were all very professional and friendly and breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were very comfy and well equipped but a little on the small side but that is literally the only downside to this otherwise wonderful hotel.

Had a family emergency and was told on reception they would refund the second night but then after I’d left they have now said they will not refund it. Very poor given the circumstances. Just want your money.
