The room was nice and comfortable & the staff were friendly. The only niggles we had was there was a very long queue for check in (I’m not sure what the problem was but once it started moving it went quickly and the person who checked me in apologised for the wait) and with there only being 3 lifts for the 16 floors getting down for breakfast and then to check out took ages

Rooms cleaned daily so nice and tidy, few stains on carpet but overall very good. Plenty of places to eat and drink within a few mins walk and main town centre in 8 mins walk

The nicest Holiday Inn I've stayed in so far. The staff were lovely. Easy check in. The room was lovely and clean. On the menu in the restaurant, it was limited on food choices as I think they had a shortage of ingredients. The pizza was a little over done and the "fries" were more or less soggy chips. Easy to check out. Would stay here again. It was a 10 minute walk away from the Utilita Arena. Fairly straightforward. The same with the town centre.

So clean & quiet, probably one of the best rooms I've stayed in - lovely bathroom. Staff were really friendly & helpful - great reception area! Breakfast was spot on - hot & loads of choice - fantastic value!!

Great location

Great location near centenary square and the canals. Clean comfortable room, chilled out bar and dining area with free coffees and tea available all day. Limited breakfast but liked the grab and go bags.

Holiday Inn very welcoming. Near Broad Street which was perfect for the concert we were going to. Plenty of eating and drinking places. The hotel itself was lovely and clean. Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast was included which was a bonus, very good choice of hot and cold food. Twin room was very clean and bathroom very modern. Will definitely go back.
