Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, spacious room, a decent breakfast and very helpful staff, even at 3am! Great central location too. Just two issues, not insurmountable, but you need to be aware, especially if you have any mobility problems.
They struggle to cope with the volume of people at breakfast. There are loads of signs of signs in the lifts, bedrooms, reception etc. warning of this, so you know it will be bad - but it really was chaotic. Items running out regularly, nowhere to sit and a 15 min queue so big it blocked the room. The staff did their absolute best, but it's simply not a big enough breakfast area for the size of the hotel. I'd rather have the option for a slightly cheaper room without breakfast, but they all include it.
The lifts are also a bit problematic, 16 floors with only 3 small lifts means crushes and long wait times during breakfast and check out.
Overall very good in a lot of ways, but I'd only stay again if I could manage to fit around the off peak times.
