Room was fine, very spacious, my only issue was that I waited over an hour for my food in the restaurant and this was only because I mention it to the staff that I had been waiting that long, I was offered a free beverage due to the wait.

This is a great place to stay and very convenient for the NEC. Staff are all very helpful and welcoming, the hotel is spotlessly clean. Our double room was spacious, very comfortable with lovely complementary toiletries. We stay here at least twice a year and wouldn’t consider anywhere else.

Generally OK
1st impressions on entering hotel were good. Staff seem friendly and reasonably attentive. Distinct smell of bleach in the room. Room and furnishings were clean but tired and in need of refurb. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced in any hotel, across the world! Food pretty good but way overpriced

Enjoyable stay
We were checked in to a room that hadn't been cleaned , we were quickly given an upgraded room with a free drink and snack we didnt complain as rooms get missed im sure .. breakfast was lovely, a bit of a free-for-all at first ,no cutlery lack of cooked food dirty tables,but it soon calmed down and between 9.30 and 10 am there was plenty of everything, we would definitely return.

Great hotel
Really grwar after a show at the NEC, its a long walk or a £6 taxi to the actual NaeC but lovely hotel with 24 hiyr facikities and excellent staff. Super thank you.

I moved the tv as it was a better high for me to do my paperwork and there was some popadom kindly left under it. The cleaning staff seemed rushed off their feet so to be fair I’m not blaming them! The staff on arrival were really helpful. The one lift really sounded bad tho but the overall stay was fine

The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. I found the noise from other guests quite disturbing. This included the guest in the next door room on a phone call at 11pm and clearly the soundproofing of the walls and room was inadequate. Also the sound of doors in the corridor shutting and guests in the corridor at 6.30am.
