Convenient location and the room was spacious. Breakfast was good. I didn't use the parking but the hotel is very convenient to drive to from the A38. I had a room with an adjoining door which was annoying.

Our key card didn’t work in the lift. So had to go back to reception. Not happy .However the manager apologised and came up to the room with us to make sure it now worked.Excellent service very happy

Have been there for the last few years for the Christmas market, and enjoyed, this time not so much. The bar had no white wine , you can excuse one evening but not two. The room was booked as a double but had the sofa made as an extra bed, this was not the first time this had happened but very infuriating. I feel the worst was the the door security had been removed so no latch. It was not only on my room. I did question but they said they would note my issue. Other family members were on the same floor and was the same for them. For myself not acceptable it gives security , not having to push the desk chair against the door. I hope a blip…..
