Good for one night stay , clean and tidy , room good and bed comfy , could do with more teabags only 2 on tray and a pkt of 3 cheap biscuits between two of us Breakfast offered is plenty to start the day except we had to wait 20mins for items to be replaced , no eggs , no beans , food was cold , would have been so much better if all food trays were full and hot , asked staff and were quite nonchalant about it telling me " it's being cooked "

Waited over an hour for food to be told we hadn't ordered anything! Very rude unhelpful girl behind the desk, more worried about going outside to smoke. Then when our order eventually turned up, it was wrong. Room shabby, broken items in the room and plug sockets not working.
