Breakfast was awesome with something for everyone! The staff was courteous and accommodating. There wasn't a single staff member I met who wasn't cheerful and happy to help. The room and other areas of the facility were clean and in good order. Overall, a good experience!!!

The hotel is great...but the location is the pits. Highway 280 is a nightmare and especially rough if you need to cross the highway to reach the hotel.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel staff was extremely nice and funny. Front desk clerk name Jamal and the staff manager were excellent. Very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. This will be our hotel of choice any time we visit UAB.

Super comfortable beds.. Bathrooms needed a good deep cleaning, but overall, we would stay here again! Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good as well!

Had to wait 30 minutes for them to get a room ready. The property was not well maintained, from the many cracks and such in the floors, hot tub didn’t work, elevator sounded like it was on its last leg, and low staffing; which attributed to no towels, extra sheets for the couch bed. The staff was nice and the location was great.

Papa's Got a Brand New Hotel

A little shaky on check in (no one at front desk for @ 10 minutes) but afterward, ALL staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was A+++ and staff working that area were very nice! Great location for Inverness area.
