Mixed review, but I'd stay again.
Room was very clean, but the premises could have used more attention in public areas (like the elevator that had food spills for the whole stay. Breakfast was so-so, cheap carb stuff but reasonable eggs/meat options also. Air conditioning afforded minimal control-- I'd worry about being there in very hot weather. Desk clerk was very pleasant and she went out of her way to help me get to the airport and find a local bakery.

The carpet was wet from an air conditioner leak. The freezer was full and leaked overnight. there were no other rooms available for our needs, so the night was spent in a damp, musty room. This place has seen better days.

We had a nice stay and the room was great. The breakfast was disappointing though. The juice machine was out and the oatmeal machine was broken. The 'hot' breakfast was lukewarm at best.

There are several lodging businesses in this area. Signage for them is fair to poor. We drove around a bit trying to find the entrance to our hotel. This was an overnighter so we didn't see much of the area offerings. But they had pizza delivery!
